Please note that Villa Unika must be informed in advance of your expected arrival time. Minimum stay of 4 nights. Children under 5 years when using existing beds stay free of charge. Children 0+ who require their own separate bed will be charged at the full price. Property does not provide extra beds. Only one cot available free of charge. Guests are kindly request to maintain noise-free environment during the quite hours between 2:00pm-5:00pm. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. This property only accepts cash payments.
