After a successful transaction, a confirmation is automatically sent to your e-mail. After the purchase, you will be redirected to a screen where it says that the transaction was successful, if it was processed successfully. The order confirmation can be found on your profile in the orders section. You will also receive an e-mail notification with information about the order you purchased, but since the e-mail may end up in the SPAM folder, the more reliable way is your profile.

Your profile is where you keep track of your orders. After successfully logging in to the page (entering your username and password), you enter your profile.

If your transaction was not successful, you will not be charged anything. If you are sure that the transaction was successful and you cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us at our email.

You can buy with any card from any bank, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. With a Maestro card issued by a domestic bank, you will be able to make purchases depending on whether the bank has approved its Maestro Card. Due to the absence of the CVC//CVV security code located on the back of the card, not all domestic banks have approved them.

Check if the card you are using to make the purchase is a valid payment card. Make sure you have enough funds on the payment card to make the purchase. Make sure you have filled in all the blank fields when filling in your payment details. If you have checked everything mentioned and still cannot complete your order, the problem is probably of a technical nature on the part of the bank, so we ask you to notify us by email in order to solve the problem.

You need to fill in all the blank fields in the payment window: the card number (while leaving no spaces between the digits), the date until which it is valid, the control number (CVC/CVV code on the back of the card consisting of three digits), name of the payment card holder and the type of payment card, if requested by the system.

Please press Ctrl+F5 to reset your Internet browser and thereby delete possible subroutines that prevent you from logging in or purchasing, and then try again. If you still have a problem, try restarting your personal computer. If that doesn't help either, let us know by email.
