Refund policy

If you have bought a specific voucher to use the service from the service provider listed on the voucher itself and you have problems using it for whatever reason you want to withdraw the purchase or request a refund through this form, you can do the same.

What you need to know before applying is the following:

If you have a request for a travel refund, please read the General Terms and Conditions for travel on SKTM before submitting it.

If you have problems using a certain voucher, a refund request can only be submitted if the offer has not been completed, the deadline for use has not passed and if there is an exceptional situation due to which you want to withdraw the voucher. After sending the refund request, you will receive a response to the request according to the validity and reason for the request.

For each email request sent on info@balkanea.com, you will receive information whether it has been accepted or rejected.

In the email please note your name, last name email, phone, order number and why you ask for refund.
