My family holds a special place in my heart, and I take pride in bringing them together for freshly prepared meals. When I’m not creating in the kitchen, I find solace in expanding my knowledge through my ever-growing personal library. Among my cherished kitchen activities, kneading dough stands as a favorite, offering a sense of relaxation like no other. For over a year now, I’ve been wholeheartedly devoted to the art of making sourdough bread, inspired by exceptional bakeries from around the world. The process of nurturing a sourdough starter from scratch and naturally fermenting the bread, sans additives or yeast, fills me with pure affection. Each sourdough loaf becomes a daily motivation and an enjoyable challenge.
Initially, my sourdough bread was reserved solely for my family. However, after receiving requests through my Instagram profile, I felt compelled to share this culinary treasure with a wider audience.
